Gunathilaka, Mendis and Dickwella handed over suspensions for breaching bio secure bubble in England

Cricketers Dhanuska Gunathilaka and Kusal Mendis have been suspended for two years while Niroshan Dickwella has been suspended for 18 months.

This decision was reached at the five member disciplinary committee this afternoon.The committee conducted the inquiry against the three suspended cricketers at Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) premises today.

The trio have been asked to pay a USD 25,000 fine.

The decision needs to be ratified by the Sri Lanka Cricket Executive Committee.

The five-member disciplinary committee was headed by former Supreme Court Judge Nimal Dissanayake.
