Parliament passed a motion today to remove MP Ali Sabri Raheem from all Parliamentary committees.
The motion was presented by Leader of the Opposition Sajith Premadasa to expel MP Ali Sabri Raheem from all Parliamentary Committees.
This unanimous decision comes after MP Raheem’s involvement in a gold and smartphone smuggling incident in May of this year.
