The website of eVisa sytem operated by IVS-GBS and VFS Global was suspended a short while ago following the interim injunction issued by the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court today granted leave to proceed to 8 FR petitions, issued the injuction, suspending the Cabinet decision that approved the deal with VFS Global over the eVisa issuance.
The court also ordered to restore the previous system that granted eVisa untill the hearing of the petitions concluded.
