The Maligakanda Magistrate’s Court today (08) granted bail to former Health Ministry Secretary Janaka Chandraguptha and Additional Secretary Saman Ratnayake.
They were arrested and remanded over the procurement of substandard immunoglobulin, that had been distributed to State hospitals.
Meanwhile, four other suspects, including former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, were further remanded until 22 August.
